2.9 MI CIELA CLUB & MEMBERS
Mi Ciela Club is an exclusive membership only for active members of our Patreon that may include priority services, benefits, and/or special products contrary to regular clients. This part of our store is heavily monitored and regulated by us and is equipped with new system integration for authentication and account registration. The club has its benefits, but also its rules. If any member is found breaking the rules, consequences will incur. We have the right to suspend or revoke a user’s account at any time, with or without notice, at our discretion :
- Users cannot share or log into other accounts. Each account is an individual that contains sensitive information.
- We ask for respect and organization between us and the members.
- Active patrons supporting our Patreon page are eligible for the club’s membership.
- We only allow 1 account registration per user.
3.0 Points for Reward System
The store system automatically rewards the clients for their purchases, and with the points they can redeem them for specific prizes. There are instances where the system, unfortunately, does not reward clients automatically with certain products due to plugin conflict. This prompts us to manually intervene and fix the issue once the customers contact us directly through the Support Reward Claim page.
- For now, points won’t have an expiration date.
- Regular clients can redeem 1x item per final transaction by choosing the product category, but the store chooses the design randomly.
- To claim the prize, the client must contact the store before the purchase is shipped via first-class mail.
- For digital purchases, the client will receive the item by postal mail (except for keychains and enamel pins, the client must pay the shipping as first-class).
- Only active “Mi Ciela Tier”, including active and past patrons from “Tutti Frutti Tier” can choose the designs of their prize.
- The prize catalog is a selected “limited stock” fanart merch only, original merch doesn’t qualify for this promotion.
- The designs can change anytime, including the types of material, except when they are prepared and shipped to the clients.
- Customers can view the Prize Catalog to see the selected products and designs.
- At any time these rules can change without prior notification to the clients.
- Only active “Mi Ciela Tier”, including active and past patrons from “Tutti Frutti Tier” can choose the designs of their prize.
