25 Points
Each purchase made by the customer equals 25 points. If the purchase is refunded or claimed as fraudulent, the points received will be revoked.

When a successful transaction is done due to the customer’s referral, the customer receives 50 points.

When a customer creates a video, whether it is a review, promotion, or admiration of their purchases, points can be earned with these simple requirements.
- The video must be sent via email for us to review it properly.
- Short video length (reels) must be min. 30 seconds, and longer videos can be min. 1 minute.
- Longer videos must have a min. of 5k views and reels must have a min. of 3k views.
- Must include textual context, visuals of the product, and/or voice-over.
- Our link website and name tag (@thegreysanctuary) should be visible in the video and/or in the description.
- Each video must be about the products purchased in our store only.

Customers earn points (depending on quantity) after purchase, which can be redeemed for a special prize. This means the client can redeem 1x item per final transaction by choosing the product category, but the store chooses the design randomly. To claim the prize, the client must contact the store before the purchase is shipped via first-class mail. For digital purchases, the client will receive the item by postal mail (except for keychains and enamel pins, the client must pay the shipping as a first-class).
